My life as a heterosexual crossdresser.

Susan spends the day out in Reno

Well Saturday I left and drove up to Lake Tahoe. It is about an hour’s drive and very beautiful. From all the talk on the news I was expecting a lot of snow, there was snow but the roads were fine. I was going to go in a couple of the casinos but the wind was so bad and I didn’t want to mess up my hair so I just drove around part of the lake but I really wanted to get back to Reno and go shopping.

On the way back I drove through Carson City and they had a shopping center that had Kohl’s, J.C. Pennies and Burlington Coat. I started off at Burlington Coat and they had racks of discount cloths. I found 2 skirts, one grey and one white that fit me and also a pair of white Capri’s so I decided to buy them. I had to wait in line as being Saturday they were pretty busy, I paid with Susan’s credit card with no problems.

Next was J.C. Pennies. They were just as busy and had a huge sale on Dresses. There were some really cute ones but they were all size 12 or smaller which just does not work for me so I walked around the store checking things out. I spent about 40 minutes looking the clothes and shoes but found nothing to buy.

Next was Kohl’s which I really like but again they were really busy and didn’t find anything I liked in my size. It was still fun to spend some time here shopping and just being out. When I was done here I headed back to Reno and on the way into town I finally found a drug store so I went in and got some baby oil so I can take off the outlast lipstick when I get back to the hotel.

Right across the street was a Wal-Mart super center so I drove over and went in; here I was really looking for a new pair of shoes. I wanted a pair of open toed black shoes to wear around Las Vegas. I was hoping for flats as they are easier to walk in plus with my height I thought that would be better. No luck but did find a pair of open toed shoes with a 2″ cork heel and sense I don’t have a pair like this and they fit and were on sale I bought them.

It was now about 2 so I started back to my hotel but decided to stop off at the Atlantis Hotel Casino. They had a couple $3 Blackjack tables and what I really liked is they were non smoking tables. Last night was fun but everyone at that table but me smoked so this was a breath of fresh air. I played for about 3 hours and in the end walked away with $1 more than I sat down with, I may not get rich but had a fun time.

When I got back to my room about 6 I removed the lipstick and put on a more suitable shade and touched up my makeup before heading down stair to find something to eat. I again went to the Sports bar and pub downstairs and got something quick to eat. I took it to go and went upstairs to Starbuck’s so I can eat and post at the same time. It has been a really fun day. I think I will check out the tables here in this casino tonight as I want to be in bed early so I can get an early start. I figure if I leave here by 7 I should be in Las Vegas by 3 and then the real fun begins. I signed up for dinner at Margaretville at 7 as that was one of the 5 choices. The only bad thing is you never know who or how many signed up for something till you get there. Any way I am off to the tables and then bed. Thanks for stopping by.

  1. It sure sounds like you are making the most of your journey. In boy mode I don’t like to shop with one huge exception. I just love to shop for Kelly no matter if I’m in girl mode or bit mode. I enjoy the thrill of the search. Sometimes it’s the quest for a particular garment that I’ll spent weeks or months searching for. Other times it’s the unexpected find that I just can’t pass up. Finding it on steep clearance or even a good sale totally takes it to another level.

So I giggle with delight to hear of your shopping spree. I hope to see you in some of your purchases.

    • As Susan I love to shop even when I am not planning on buying anything, I can wander around a store and just look at all the pretty clothes, shoes and makeup. A really fun way to spend the day, plus if you find something cute that fits and at a good price it is like hitting a jackpot in Vegas.
